I read Many articles stating "what supplements are best to buy". Many articles and forums are filled with the question. To your surprise a lot of the answers the questions receive are wrong.
First and Foremost Supplements will NOT make you build muscle or lose weight or whatever your goal is. Supplements are run by billion dollar companies that run commercials threw TV and magazines labeling the success of their products and why you should buy it. The reason that we are dragged in to believing this hype is advertisement, the companies are just so good at it and they drag costumers from all over the world to buy their products. Now the question is do they need half these products? or are they going to do what they say? The answer to this is simply NO.
Dietary Supplements
In your quest to find what Supplements to buy I would recommend research. In my opinion any product claiming weekly gains or extravagant loses in minimal time are just bogus products emptying your wallet and not providing you with anything else.
Supplements I would recommend to buy are Protein, in particular whey protein. Creatine, ideally I would use a natural substance so creatine mono-hydrate would be my pick. Last but not least Vitamins and Fish oils. These simple but effective supplements are what most weight trainings. When you spend enough time studying a trying different supplements you understand reasons behind why they are successful and why they are not.
To my readers ill give you this great tip when buying supplements. Look for products that have been on the market for more than 1 to 2 years. These supplements are pr-oven and obviously have a solid base of users. Companies that regularly update and change their products are those trying to come up with the magical product that promises everything but delivers nothing.
